Nearly 120 performers will be on hand for the free event including jazz, pop and classical acts from AHS, Ingleside Middle School and Arcadia Neighborhood Learning Center. Students have been working a month and a half on the show. “It is very important for the community to attend this event because it just is a great relaxing evening listening to some fi ne student performances under the beautiful stars,” said Daniel Fischer, the band and orchestra director. “Also, especially at this time in budget cuts, we need the community support to help us sustain music in our schools.” Attendees should bring lounge chairs and blankets to listen to the music being played in the courtyard.
