p a i d a d v e r t i s e m e n t Phoenix Market Check-In: Q3 Momentum is Building The new school year is underway and our family is back into our full routine! My son, Cash, started 5th grade at Hopi and is in hockey season where he now plays for the Junior Sun Devils program at ASU. My daughter, Kenzie, is now in 3rd grade at Hopi and is back in the pool with her swim team at ACC. Between school, sports, and everything else, fall always comes with a faster pace. This summer we opted for a different experience and ventured to Bend, OR along the Deschutes River where we hiked, biked, and rafted with the kids. It was a nice change of pace from our typical San Diego destinations and allowed us to explore the Pacific Northwest a bit more. It was a welcome break of cooler weather before we jumped back into Phoenix life. Here at home, I have seen showing activity pick up significantly over the past couple of weeks as residents returned from vacations. At The Brokery we currently have over $100,000,000 in escrow across July, August, and September. That volume reflects a very real demand for homes in our area, even as the broader national market is sending mixed signals. The Camelback Corridor continues to attract buyers who value our central location, nearby amenities, and character of the neighborhood. We expect to have a robust Q3 and Q4 to finish the year as momentum picks back up. I wish your kids and grandkids all the best on their new school year. As always, I’m here when you need.
