p a i d a d v e r t i s e m e n t Rooted in Community: A Year in Review As a local business, we could not be more appreciative of the neighborhood support that we continue to receive year after year. In 2013, I had a vision for creating the best local real estate company possible. A company that could serve the community in an approachable location with high touch and intimate local knowledge. That year, I acquired a piece of land at the corner of 40th Street and Hazelwood that kicked off a multi-year mission to turn my vision into a reality. After a few years of building our track record and saving up for a down payment, I broke ground on The Brokery building in 2016 using an SBA construction loan and almost every dollar that I had to my name. At the time, the pressure was immense. I had my second child on the way and I was making a huge financial decision for my young family. Opening our doors in 2017, we had 7 real estate advisors and a dream. Fast forward to today and we now have 5 locations across the Valley with 95 real estate advisors who are transacting almost $500,000,000 annually. While we have grown since our early days, I can say without a doubt that the dream and mission to be the best local real estate company still burns bright. We are grateful every day to wake up and do what we love in the neighborhood. We are truly humbled by the support and appreciate all of you that champion and refer our business daily. Thank you for a phenomenal 2024 and we look forward to serving you in 2025!
