I wanted to start off 2023 by thanking all of my readers who look forward to this editorial every month. I started on Page 9 in 2016 and have really come to love the process of writing these each month for you. If you have been reading since the beginning, you have seen me bring my children into the world, build a brand and a building, scale from $20,000,000 to $350,000,000 in annual sales, and much more! This editorial has not only given me a platform to share valuable market information with you over the past six years, but it has become the hobby that I didn’t know I needed. I always look forward to disconnecting for a few hours to write these market musings and I hope that you enjoy reading them. Moving into 2023 you can expect me to continue to put my credibility, craft, and market knowledge out in the open. When I personally make a move or refinance, you will hear about it. If I think the market is slowing, I will let you know. If I see an opportunity, you will see it too. This is the place to stay informed and ahead of the real estate game. You can also follow me @TuckerBlalock on instagram for day to day updates. Lastly, I have included a QR code here. The QR code will take you to a quick survey where you can leave comments and feedback on my editorials. If there is anything you would like me to cover or if you have any comments on my past writings, please leave them here. Happy New Year!
