There’s nothing quite like a weekend full of music – and you can find it in Lake Havasu. The 2022 festival will feature ten live music acts, plus food, beverage and craft vendors, workshops, walking trails and all the bluegrass tunes you can handle. Have you ever seen how fast an ostrich runs? If not, this event is giving you the chance. The 32 nd annual Ostrich Festival has national (Nelly and The Band Perry this year!) and local entertainment, various carnival rides, food trucks, a petting zoo and pig, dog and ostrich races. Maryland Ave., Glendale. The Rotary Club is holding its annual Community Cook-off – wings and chili edition! Arizona restaurants and individuals will compete and it’s up to us to decide who wins. There will also be live music, games and activities. Admission is $10 for adults and includes ten tickets to vote for your favorite team’s chili/wing. Arizona’s Liberty Wildlife shares a close-up glimpse of a Bald Eagle with Raptor at the Rails. Depending on the season, the eagle will either join guests on the depot patio or ride the train, visiting each open-air car throughout the journey for a short presentation about these majestic animals. The 7 th annual Sage Art Market allows guests to browse and shop from over 40 juried artists within various mediums, including painting, jewelry and glass art. Along with showcasing their wares, artists will be available to discuss their mediums and answer questions. There will also be a beer and spirit garden, non-alcoholic drinks, vendors and activities for the kids. Make sure to wear good shoes to Arizona’s inaugural multi-day cycling tour and festival. Participants will ride during the day through Sierra Vista, Bisbee and Tombstone and then enjoy a festival at night featuring live music, food and local craft beer/wine gardens.
