Lerner wanted to create something that could give people peace of mind as they return to the new “normal” during COVID. The Hermosa Inn is a boutique resort in Paradise Valley. Since 2017, Tillman has been the executive sous chef at The Phoenician and helped open Mowry + Cotton, The Phoenician Tavern and The Marketplace. She also worked at the Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak. Tillman studied hospitality administration at NAU and is a culinary mentor for the Careers Through Culinary Arts Program, which helps prepare students for college and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
