NEWS BRIEFS NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING Arcadia’s 33rd annual neighborhood meeting event will be held Saturday, February 29 from 8:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 3641 N. 56th St., Phoenix. This meeting is a way for Arcadians to get together and address concerns in the neighborhood with elected officials and city representatives.
