I can say with certainty that this year has been the most rewarding and challenging of my life. From opening Arcadia’s first real estate office to bringing our baby girl home, 2017 was a good one. As I reflect back, I have never been as content as I am today. A lot of my personal milestones have been met and there is a lot of positive momentum in my life. My family is full and healthy, business is thriving, and I have a ton of motivation for the future. In 2017, I was fortunate to serve over 70 clients and play a part in over $65,000,000 in sales along with my partner, Oleg Bortman. With the growth of our business, we took a huge step this year and opened up Arcadia’s first real estate office after 2 years of planning. The Brokery opened in April and has been a huge addition to our new company’s offerings. Thank you to Vista General, Studio MA, OnSite Landscape, Automated Environments, and everyone else who played a part in building our new digs on 40th Street. We are stoked about our future in the space to say the least. Our team has been the #1 producing team in the Biltmore area for 4 years in a row and we are looking to bring that same level of service to Arcadia with our expansion in 2018. It is exciting to lead such a driven group of real estate professionals and I look forward to getting to work every day. I couldn’t be more proud of all of my agents’ success and growth this year, and know that we have a few things to prove going forward in the neighborhood. This editorial has been a great outlet for me and I appreciate you taking the time to read every month. Without your support and loyalty, I would not be where I am today.
