It’s Tuesday night and summer has just begun, so why not try out something new? The Phoenix International Folk Dancers hold weekly folk dancing classes for everyone to join! Participants learn circle, line, couple and solo dances from all around the world – including dances from Russia, Greece, Romania and even a few American dances! These two will play whatever the audience throws at them – from Katy Perry to Sinatra – the dueling pianos will take the challenge! The art of mindfulness is a session dedicated on opening new ideas, focusing on the present and learning how to live in the moment while relieving anxiety, depression, pain, and stress. The Joy Bus organization provides chef-inspired meals to homebound cancer patients. There will also be food, music and a silent auction. The 14th Annual Show Low Days is here with a roping contest, soap box derby races, a car show, wiener dog races, the itty-bitty Olympics, a kids zone, music and games.
