You’re unusually quiet and not participating in the conversation – Your social skills will improve infinitely with normal blood sugar levels. Keeping healthy snacks in your bag or car will keep your social skills sharp. 8. You’re lacking the motivation to have a great workout – Eating a little something in advance of your workout is a great boost to your motivation and will improve your performance in the gym. Remember, food is fuel! 9. You’re a little more forgetful than normal – Again, the brain relies on food! Nourish yourself for a sharper memory. You feel a little nauseous – When your stomach is empty there can be a presence of excess stomach acid, causing you to feel sick, not hungry. Food not only dilutes the acid, it triggers the acid to continue along the process of digestion. 2.
