Page 22 January 2013 Biltmore Prep awarded grant for ‘Reading Tree’ Biltmore Preparatory Academy has been awarded a grant from the Valley Anesthesiology Foundation to build a “Reading Tree” area on campus. The outdoor reading area is constructed around a tree estimated to be more than 75 years old. Dr. Terry Mealman, a school parent whose family provided the grant’s matching funds, said, “We are very fortunate to have a team of professionals who can make really innovative ways of learning happen for our children.” Biltmore Prep is in the Creighton School District and is located at 4601 North 34th Street.
