Page 56 November 2012 Saint Theresa Catholic School was stuck on principal Maureen Fyan when they duct taped her to the gym wall. The third grade raised a school-high of more than $2,000 during a fundraiser, and their reward was strips of duct tape to place on the school’s principal. Once all the multi-colored layers of duct tape were strategically placed, and to the loud chants of the student body, the stool that the principal was standing on was removed. She was stuck to the wall. The 2012 Brophy Fashion Show will be at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 6 in the Arizona Biltmore Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom. Presented by the Brophy Mothers’ Guild, the morning begins with a social hour and shopping followed by the fashion show and luncheon. The show features Saks Fashions and representatives of the Class of 2013. Cost is $125-$300. Funds bene fi t the Brophy College Preparatory Financial Aid Fund. Books, audio books, CDs, DVDs, games, puzzles and video games are accepted. Donations can be dropped off on Nov. 2 and Nov. 5-7 in the school cafeteria or turnaround area from 8:45 a.m.-11 a.m. each day.
