For those of you, who don’t know me; allow me to share a little bit about my 67 years of life. I’ve been self-employed in the retail industry for 46 years beginning when I was 21. I was born in Buff alo, NY and I was a union steel welder at Bethlehem Steel Corp. for fi ve years while I nurtured my fi rst retail store. I grew tired of Buff alo’s snow blizzards and relocated to Phoenix in 1979. About 20 years ago Petco entered the Arizona market to compete against PetSmart, by purchasing my six large pet supply stores. Not being one to ever retire, my wife and I opened Frankie M’s a men’s and women’s fashion boutique store at The Biltmore Fashion Park. When the mall owners decided to renovate we decided to not renew our lease and instead we purchased our own property to create a new and diff erent shopping concept. Our idea was to build a village of fun specialty stores. We now have three large shops open and are working on two more. We are expanding our children’s and our pet boutique into their own store. In addition we are growing the men’s department into a fun man cave with apparel, fun gifts and home décor for that special man in your life. The women’s department will also expand off ering more apparel, accessories, fun gifts, home décor and much much more! Our entire staff ’s goal is to create a fun shopping experience.
