She moved from Arcadia to Stuttgart, Germany in mid-September. “It’s a beautiful city much like Phoenix as it’s set in a valley,” Carbajal said. “However, it’s surrounded by large mountain ranges and parts of the city reside in the mountains, with many streets carved around and through the mountains.” Carbajal lives in an 800-square-foot fl at overlooking the city, the fi rst fl oor of a three-story house in the south of Stuttgart tucked away in the hills. “It’s a great home built in the early 1900’s, but was renovated a couple years ago,” she said.
