There’s never a reason to use food as a reward with all the electronics in the world, she said. “The beautiful thing with Xbox? You can take it away.” Pam said she is a believer in the family eating together. “Sitting down at dinner together is a healthy thing to do for a multitude of reasons. Socializing promotes healthy eating,” she said.
